This is Rosie, a lovely little pink feather bird. She nestles on the 4" fascinator base, in a summer garden of silk millinery roses, ranuculus and hydrangea petals. The pale pink veil adds the finishing touch!
Fascinator fastens with a clear comb and thin hat elastic.
