Full description
This seamless wetfelted bag is made from merino fibre. I have felted this bag directly onto the lining; so the lining is incorporated into the felt.
Measurements: 22cm x 27cm
The drop from top of handle to top of bag is 42cm.
The lining material is a Laura Ashley fabric that I purchased around 1993-4, its very pretty and very soft to the touch. This is a one-of-a-kind original, the 1st of my `Silly Goose` range of asymetric bags.
The goosey is a felt inlay. I have hand embroidered his bandy legs, flowers & the title. The button is a fimo clay fun spiral.
I have handstiched a 12cm wide (15cm deep)zippered pocket on the inside of the bag for safekeeping smaller items. Good quality YKK zip used.
The handle is 3 cords, felted from coordinating merino fibre. The cords are sewn together to form a single strap and then hand sewn to the body of the bag (although you can only see 4 big stitches, these are decorative covering the stitches used to secure the handle).

Easy to care for:
Gentle handwash & dry naturally. NOT suitable for washing machine / tumble drier. Care information will be sent with bag.
