I had originally made a picture for myself and had it at one of my craft fairs when a lady said she was looking for a christening present and liked it.
I told her that I could do one for her with the new arrival's name and my first picture was created with the name Rosa. Since then I have done many others, all a little bit different and including buttons, flowers and even a ladybird!
I work with each customer to make sure that they get exactly what they want and if they don't know what they want I make some suggestions that they might want to think about. Hopefully the item will turn out exactly how they thought it would and will be treasured by the recipient.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Beautiful for a baby or child's room, or as a gift for someone special. These fabric pictures are personalised as a special gift for a christening or new birth. The design options are endless, as are the colour schemes and I will endeavour to produce something to suit all tastes.
Each hand and machine embroidered picture is backed onto white linen and design elements include bunting, flowers, buttons, embellishments and of course the name of the child in a choice of fabrics including shabby chic, felt, stripes or spots. If you would like something specific then just ask!
The finished picture can be made to any reasonable size - the ones shown have been placed in a white box frame with an aperture/picture size measuring 6 x 4. Inside the frame size measures 8 x 6 and overall frame size of 9 x 7. For the purposes of photography extra wadding has been placed in the back to give a three dimensional feel.
PLEASE NOTE THE FRAME IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Each picture will arrive in a protective cellophane packet ready for you to place in a frame of your choice to fit in with your colour scheme.
These pictures would love to go to a new home - perhaps it's yours! All hand-made with love by the Craft Hippy from North Norfolk.
