Ladybirds and lacewings are good for the garden because they like to predate on many garden pests, especially aphids! The natural places for them to shelter throughout the winter months are often lacking in many gardens, because we invariably keep things a bit too tidy! The hollow stems of last Summer's plants and grasses are one of their favourite places along with woodpiles.

Full description
This Ladybird house has been created as a safe place for ladybirds and lacewings to hibernate in your garden. The main body consists of a chunk of pine with holes drilled for them to crawl in to, keeping them nice and snug away from predators. It has a beech base and a moulded hardwood roof to keep the worst of the weather at bay!
It will help improve the ecology of your garden and also looks attractive hung on walls, fences, and sheds.
