Description
Cushion cover handmade from an original piece of 1950s fabric in lovely retro green colours, in a bold floral design. The cover is envelope style with 3 vintage button and buttonhole closure. The fabric has been pre-washed and is washable at 40degrees. The pad is 100%polyester and washable. If you would prefer the cushion cover only then this would reduce the UK cost by £3 and the postage by £3.50.
Inspiration
This was a strip of fabric that I found in a shop locally that was just long enough and wide enough to make this cushion cover. I think it as a curtain panel originally, probably from the 1950s. The colours are still vibrant and there is no fading visible. I have used original vintage 1950s large buttons in green for the closure.
