This beautuful Art Deco buckle once adorned the waist of a lady long ago and was abandoned in it's original purpose down the decades... Why cannot this wonderful beauty not now adorn the neck of a modern Vintage lover of all things of that era. it is just elegant in it's design and the plain black velvet choker shows it to perfection.
