Full description
A very old cotton crochet tablecloth is a large focus to this cushion; a row of symmetrical florals cover the front with a soft grey background. I was happy to have found this as I believe it shows its age in the texture and colour but not in a harsh way. On the back is a lovely mixture of blues and purple, contained within bunches of different shaped flowers. I came across this in a vintage fabric shop which had a great range of them.
It measures 35x45 cms. The cover has an envelope opening on the back for the insert to be taken out. The insert contains duck feathers and is a product of John Lewis. The materials are machine sewn. As with all of my cushion covers, a wollen tag with a hand embroidered logo is sewn within the seams.
