I wanted to use silver and copper together and add a bright splash of colour to an item of jewellery and create something elegant and contemporary and original.

Beautiful metal stamped sterling silver and copper locket style jewellery for MUM,perfect as a Mothers Day Gift.
I created this design using a copper washer which i have domed and a sterling silver circle domed to match and make a locket shape. The cut out centre enabled me to hang a red swarovski crystal heart as a striking colour against the silver and copper.
I also hand stamped the word MUM on the washer and oxidised with liver of sulphur in my new curly script letters.
The locket can be adapted with words NAN or someones initials for example JAG would be mine. I can only stamp 3 of this particular font on this locket.
The pendant will be sent as in the photograph unless you request different 3 letters to replace MUM.
This pendant hangs from a 16" sterling silver chain and will come in a red jewellery gift box.
