You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Payment Policy - Payment through Paypal is preferred. If you are a UK buyer I will also accept personal cheques, please be aware that your item will not be sent until payment has cleared. Shipping Policy - All items sent within the UK will be sent by second class post. Items sent overseas will be sent by standard airmail. I always obtain a certificate of posting. If you would like to make alternative shipping arrangements please contact me for a price. All pieces are handmade to order and will generally be made and despatched within 5 working days of receipt of order and payment. If you require your item sooner please contact me. International buyers are responsible for any duty/taxes that are imposed by their governments. Refund Policy - Every piece is unique and made to order, so please understand that there will be slight differences between the photo and your item. I don't accept returns unless the item is damaged, but will do a swap for you if requested within 30 days of receipt and the item is returned in the same condition (unworn if earrings). The postage cost is non refundable. Please contact me for more information on returning an item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please let me know.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
