I found this wooden table in a junk shop and just loved the details, it has real echoes of an antique, renaissance style table. It was a plain, light wood with a few scuffs and scratches and desperately needed some love. I wanted it to become a really contemporary piece and have seen modern pieces of furniture that look antique in style but are painted in neon, bright colours and thought this would look great given the same look.
