Full description
A practical, roomy beach bag or tote with an original touch, in strong canvas-type fabric with hand-embroidery and stencilling to make it really unique. The bag is lined with hand-dyed turquoise cotton fabric and has two interior pockets - one large and the other divided into two smaller segments. The bottom corners can be folded and looped over buttons to form a base or left undone for packing away flat. The bag is fastened with a matching button and loop. The handles, in the same canvas fabric as the bag, are long enough to sit comfortably on the shoulder with the bag tucked safely under the arm.
The bag measures approx 43 cm wide (17 inches) and 38cm high (15 inches) when flat.. The handles are approx 50cm long (20 inches), giving a 22cm drop (8.5 inches) from shoulder to top of bag.
The bag is washable with care, although the stencilling may fade a little. I recommend hand-washing or spot-cleaning with a damp sponge.
