Welcome in the spring with this OOAK brooch.
Made from a piece of scrap Michael Miller fabric left over from a 1950s style dress I made for myself. The roses are a lovely shade of pinky red with blue and green leaves.
I have handsewn it onto a double layer of baby blue felt and finished it off with a pink bow button and pink satin spotted ribbon trim.
It has a silver coloured brooch pin to fasten it to your coat,bag or dress. Would make a great Mothers day present and would last longer than a bunch or flowers.
It measures 6.5 cms x 5 cms aprox. excluding ribbon trim.
