My inspiration came from the colours and the cold weather. I fancied having a go at making a throw over something i had never done before. It took a long time as i hadn't made one before. When i finished a made a miniture version as well to show people what i had made.

This is a double bed patchwork throw over the throw over is made up of reds and cream patches with a red back. There are 160 patches with a cream border and a patchwork boarder around the edges of the throw over
The throw over is home made with a hollow fibre filling. The throw is machine washable on 30 degrees.
