My inspiration came from my photography, I love to take photos of colour and pattern whether it is of natural beauty, or a city scape. The idea of printing the peacock feather, came to me after buying a scarf from a high street shop, with a snake skin printed upon it. This purchase made me think of the endless possibilities of different close ups of animals I could print. I then proceeded to buy some peacock feathers, which I photographed and then manipulated. The end result had to be printed on silk as silk takes the colour so beautifully and has such a great feel about it.

Full description
This beautiful design of a peacock feather, is repeated to create a vibrant colourful silk scarf. The design has been digitally printed on to 100% silk of the finest quality to give it detail and colour density . The scarf is 2 meters by 0.5 of a meter so it gives you plenty of luscious silk to wrap yourself in.
