I've always loved unusual & pretty things, wanting to bring both to people who wished to have a different sort of headdress for their wedding or indeed any sort of special occasion, especially those who embraced the Pagan pathways or just loved the Natural World. First I started collecting all sorts of lovely flowers as & when I saw them, beads too & gradually a few boxes turned into 4 (huge) specially designed chests of drawers for craft items!!! With all of these treasures I started to make little decorations for the Sabbats (these are the eight individual Pagan festivals that make up the Wheel of the Year) as I could never find anything that I wanted. Then I made a few headdresses & soon sold them, people seeking me out & asking for specific flowers & colours etc. So I made a few & we took them with us when we had our mobile shop & they sold & sold... & sold! I absolutely adore making them, each one holds a story & is a creation all of its own.

Delicate cream roses & buds & lots of Swarovski beads mounted on gold wire form this unique & lovely circlet, which would be absolutely perfect for a wedding or indeed for any special occasion.
This circlet has 5 open silk roses, 1 nearly open rose head, 4 open rose buds, 2 nearly opening buds & a further 2 closed green buds with a little greenery surrounding each of the roses. The crystal beads are dotted around the headdress & vary in size with a cluster of both larger & smaller beads to the front, creating a beautiful spray near the face, they can bent to face the direction you favour.
I hand make these headdresses completely from scratch so that they will sit comfortably (& surprisingly securely) upon the head, rather than over it. They are created to be slightly flexible, making the headdress fit snugly to the individual shape of your head. This headdress is completely bound in a beautiful gold organza ribbon & finished with another 4 complimentary ribbons, including a spectacular red/gold organza ribbon (the picture just cannot do it justice!). The ribbons are left to trail down the back to be trimmed to the desired length by the wearer or removed completely as you wish.
The headdress can be sprayed with a subtle pearlised finish if you wish it to be, otherwise it will be left as shown.
