Vintage style stiff net circular petticoat satin bound edge
Description
This is one of my newest designs inspired by those 50's dresses and skirts, has 2 layers cut on a full circle with satin bound outside edge with a circular polyester lining also cut on full circle, elasticated waist, custom made to fit in choice of colour.(see colour chart)
