The button covering tool can be used to press together cover buttons measuring 11-29mm (18'''-24'''). The back of the packaging features traceable templates for cutting out your felt or fabric, and diagrams to show you how to use the tool.
The final photos show examples of felt buttons I've made using these supplies plus the felt I sell in my shop.
