Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A collectable quirky Christmas decoration. This Christmas tree ornament is made from porcelain with a penguin design. This year's image shows a penguin with snowflakes.
This is a collector's piece displaying the year 2011. Only 32 have been made this year. Look out for 2012's collector's piece next Christmas. The price is for one Christmas decoration.
This oval Christmas ornament is made from porcelain with ceramic transfer detail and royal blue ribbon. Handmade in England by myself.
Approximate sizes: length 70mm x width 47mm x depth 3mm.

Payment
Payment is processed securely through Paypal, either via credit card or with an existing acount. You do not need to be a Paypal member to use this facility. Please contact me if you wish to use another method. Goods must be paid for in full before they can be sent out.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within three days of the payment clearing. All orders are shipped from the UK. Your shipping address must match your Etsy address. Please contact me if you need your order shipping elsewhere, for example if it is a gift for someone else.
UK orders will be shipped First Class using Royal Mail. Please allow up 1-2 working days for delivery.
International orders will be sent Airmail First Class. Please note that you may be responsible for import duties and customs. This is beyond my control and is determined by the country of import.
USA, Canada and Everywhere Else - Royal Mail estimates 5-7 working days for delivery. This is only an estimate and it can take longer depending on customs clearance times.
Europe - Royal Mail estimates 3-5 working days for delivery. This is only an estimate and can take longer depending on your local service.
Insurance and tracking is not included. If you require this you must contact me before purchase to arrange it at additional cost.

Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you will be pleased with your purchases but if for any reason you are not, please contact me right away to resolve the problem before leaving feedback. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. All return queries and damages must be notified within seven days of receiving the item. In the event of a return / exchange I regret that I will be unable to refund the cost of postage.
