I fashion many items from once discarded jumpers and other clothes, repurposing them into lovely useful desirable things, working in this way means that each item is unique. These beautiful arm warmers are no exception and have been made from a fabulous, bright tangerine acrylic, which in a former life was a jumper.
They are fingerless with a turn-back which can be flipped down over the fingers if it’s particularly cold, and a thumb piece to, well, keep your thumb warm! They are approximately 10 inches long which comes to about mid forearm and can be worn either tucked inside your sleeve or over the top (my preferred method) eliminating any draughts! A paisley inspired appliqué of black wool and gold coloured yarn finished with seed beads adorns each glove.
What about size? Well, I have average sized hands, and it’s my hands modelling them in the pictures. They fit me nicely and are fairly stretchy. My palm is approximately 3 inches across just below my fingers, so that should give you a rough idea.
These gorgeous gloves will wing their way to you first class, securely packaged, and where possible in recycled packaging.
