Pair of handmade stoneware ceramic heart buttons glazed in a deep burgundy purple glaze.
Approximate size of each button 3 cm x 3 cm 0.5 cm thick
These buttons are made from the left over cut out heart shapes I stamp out whilst making my Tealight Lanterns. Always wanting to be thrifty and not waste I thought they would be really cute and useful as buttons!
They have each been smoothed and the holes pierced through and then multiple coats of glaze have been applied on top. Fired to almost 1300 degrees centigrade so nice and strong
Great for any crafting projects, to decorate bags or coats and great as little gifts for other crafters x
Please note this purple glaze doesn't photograph particularly well - it has a nice gloss to it and is really beautiful
