A lovely teal 14cm fascinator base is adorned with treasures from my vintage collection. I've started with a hand dyed vintage embroidered applique and added smokey faded delphinium blooms, vintage velvet, with an emamel and crystal brooch. This is one of a kind, so you will be wearing a unique design!
Black veiling completes the mood.
Fastens with a clear comb and has a delicate lace motif on the underside, to hide all stitching.
