A very pretty Autumn Toned Rainbow slouchy, or loose beret crocheted hat.
The Autumn toned rainbow yarn for this crocheted hat is a Denys Brunton designer yarn and is wonderfully soft and is perfect shade for those who love autumn tones, but with a hint of added interest in the integral coloured tones.
This lovely hat is washable with care in cool water, but I would suggest handwashing and shaping whilst damp.
The slouchy, or loose beret, is a classic style. Crocheted on a large hook to give a loose stitch and in a continuous line, starting in the centre at the top, so there are no seams or joins in the body of the hat. The approximate measurements for the beret is that it has a diameter of approx 28cms, with an opening diameter of approx 16cms when the yarn is relaxed.
This hat will be crocheted following purchase and the banding rainbow colours may differ in order shown in the photo, but the yarn is the same.
I thoroughly enjoy creating useful and unusual items with yarn. Knitting and crochet are so relaxing! This lovely autunmal toned hat will go with so many outfits, perfect for the autumn and winter seasons and any one who loves unique and bespoke items.
