Full description
This pink and purple butterfly is made using pink iridised glass and purple see through glass which has a suble ripple texture to it.
The turquoise butterfly is made using iridised glass (a finish which gives a rainbow effect) and turquoise wispy glass which has texture and streaks of lighter colour in it.
The 'twiddly' bits and body are made with silver- plated wire with glass beads to finish off the antenae.
There is a circle of wire which can be used to hang the butterfly in a window, or sit it steadily on a shelf or other surface.
The butterfiles measure 150x150mm (6x6")
The photographs are of butterflies which I've already made. No two are exactly the same but can be made similar.
