Look after the pennies with this cute patchwork folding handmade coin purse.
Dusky Pink - I have made this coin purse out of a natural coloured linen mix fabric with a patchwork stripe in dusky pink cotton with white polka dots, I have topstitched the stripe with pink thread and one line of pink metallic thread for a bit of sparkle. The mother of pearl-esque snap fastener opens the boxy shaped pouch to reveal a matching dusky pink polka dot lining and the ‘littlebobbins’ label. I have also lined the purse with 2 layers of interfacing for stiffness.
Chocolate Brown - I have made this coin purse out of a natural coloured linen mix fabric with a patchwork stripe in brown cotton with white polka dots, I have topstitched the stripe with dark brown thread. The mother of pearl-esque snap fastener opens the boxy shaped pouch to reveal a matching brown polka dot lining and the ‘littlebobbins’ label. I have also lined the purse with 2 layers of interfacing for stiffness.
When you have filled the pouch with your coins or any other little bits and bobs you need to stow away pop it closed again and stash the little 2.5” x 2.5” purse into your handbag.
