Full description
This bag is made from a vintage Liberty print fabric called 'Clementina'. It's a lovely art nouveau design of bright red poppies on a brown and black background. The bag is lightly padded for a soft look and feel and interfaced to give it support. The wavy lines of quilting perfectly complement the sinuous lines of the pattern. The sides of the bag are drawn in by black cords which are finished with glass beads. The lining is a plain red cotton fabric and there are two interior pockets, one divided into two smaller sections. The base is stiffened for added support.
The handles, in the same fabric as the bag, are long enough to sit comfortably on the shoulder but can also be carried in the hand. The bag is fastened with a secure magnetic clasp.
The dimensions are: width at top 11.5 inches (30cm), height 9.5 inches (24cm), base and sides depth 3 inches (8 cm). The handles are 23 inches long (58 cm), with a shoulder-to-bag drop of 10.5 inches (27 cm)
