Watching waves crashing on rocks inspired me to try and capture the movement with felt. So here is the first of four wet felted little pictures of the sea, the squirly accent being my interpretation of the whirls of seaweed in the rockpools. The tops of the 'waves' have not been felted right into the background to allow them free movement. the backing is three layers of wet felt, not commercial felt. I've also added tiny, tiny shells. Hope you like them as a reminder of summer.
