Send me a high res / high quality photo of yourself and a description of what you want (or a little idea of what you want) and I'll do the handwork for you! Simple :)
I can either send this (& originally photo, if needed via email) OR post them to you via CD
Also, for an additional cost (depends on size, etc) I can print these onto high quality paper and post them to you...
