Five handmade silver butterflies with a damask pattern etched on them are featured in this necklace. They hang from an oval link chain which is fastened with a handmade S-hook. Before polishing the necklace the butterflies were painted with a patina to darken them so they have a dark grey colouring and a shiny finish.

Size of 3 large butterflies: 3 cms/1.5 inches at widest point
Size of smaller butterflies: just over 2.5 cms/1 inches at the widest point
Total length of necklace: 42 cms/16.5 inches
