I love the look of lace, and shirring elastic is so comfortable and versatile!
This little dress is so pretty and feminine with the Empire bodice and off the shoulder sleeves. The Angel sleeve from the elbow is also feminine and flattering because the fitted upper sleeve creates a slimming and flattering line.
