Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is a superior quality handmade book, covered in plain textured Mulberry Paper with 40 acid/lignin free quality craft paper pages. .
It is decorated here with the Blackwatch Tartan but can be with a ribbon colour of your choice (either green based/red based tartan) or if your Clan ribbon is widely available I will use this at no extra cost.
The Bride and Groom stand in pride of place!
The Wedding Guest wording is silver embroidery and is stunning.
A satin marker elegantly marks the page for you.
At the four corners of the personalisation plate are Swarovski Crystals that will co-ordinate with your colour choice.
Please give me the personalisation details after you have purchased the book so that work can start on it asap.
It is supplied with matching mulberry crafted presentation box to keep it in.
