Continuing my rag quilting theme (please see other items) I have made a cushion cover using the rag quilt method. Gorgeous roses, foliage, plain red and bright Cath Kidston spotty squares make up this cushion which measures 13.5" square (will fit a 14" pad - not included) and the front is quilted using a natural cotton batting. It has a white envelope opening on the back and is secured with velcro.

It has been washed on a cold cycle in the machine to get the 'ragging' process started and then tumble dried on a low setting. The more it is washed and dried the cosier and softer it will get as this is the beauty of this type of quilting.

This was such fun to make and would look great on a bed or sofa. If you like the idea of a cushion made in this way but want different fabric then please get in touch as I can make them to order.
