A needle-felted and embroidered panel, of garden flowers, has been slip-stitched to the cover of this hand-made notepad.

The cover of this notepad has been stitched from cream, linen effect fabric, backed with heavy iron-on interfacing, and lined with a cotton fabric in a small floral print. The cover has been further reinforce by a layer of plastic cut from a re-cycled bottle.

The 'pages' of the notepad are of a standard A6 size folded in half. They are held in place by a ribbon tied around the spine of the notepad. Notches in the top and bottom of the spine of the cover hold this ribbon in place. The notepad may either be used as a source of loose notes or you may jot in it as a notebook, or a mixture of the two. The notepad is supplied with 16 folded A6 sheets - giving 32 pages, 64 'sides'. These standard size pages may be replenished by simply re-tying the ribbon around a new supply. The 'end-papers' are a pretty pink checked paper. The notepad closes with a ribbon bow.
