100g of 75% superwash wool 25% nylon yarn in a 4ply sock/fingering weight.

The wool has been dip dyed by hand in a raspberry coloured acid dye to give shades from deep red to a pinky shade. The yarn is then rinsed and washed with a wool wash containing a little lanolin before being dried. The hand dyed nature of this item means no two will be identical although colourways may be repeated.

Every attempt is made to remove any residual dye, however there is a possibility that a little may remain. It is recommended that you wash your finished object seperately and keep it away from pale fabrics until you are satisfied with the colourfastness.

The superwash nature of the wool means it is not suitable for felting. It can be gently machine washed, however hand washing will help to maintain the colours over time.
