Full description
This is an original stitchery PDF pattern inspired by the work of Victorian Prosthetist and photographer James Gillingham. Gillingham was revolutionary in his prosthetic work in the mid 1800's, providing people with prosthetics to enable them to continue their lives in productive ways. This includes the story of a woman who lost an arm in a sewing accident, only to have Gillingham invent an arm that could enable her to continue to sew again.
The "Robot Hand" pattern comes in a PDF format, it contains one page with information and the pattern. It is a highly detailed and intricate pattern and would probably be better suited to someone who has stitched before. This pattern can be enlarged to a more suitable size, but the original pattern size is approximately 4 x 6 inches.
The pattern will be emailed to your account within 48 hours of payment. If for any reason you are not happy with pattern, have trouble opening the PDF, or have any other issue with the pattern, please contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
This pattern is for personal use only, however, if you wish to use it in your work to then on-sell, please reference "dementedsnowflake" as the original designer.
