This is a beautiful hand knitted V neck cardigan for a little girl.
Made in a very Summery shade of green, it has a plain stocking stitch body and sleeves with a garter stitch button band and cuff detail but the main feature of this cardigan is the wonderful Foxglove bell detail on the waistband and around the V neck which is sure to please any little lady.
By using a bell cable stitch this has created the frill that resembles the flower heads of foxgloves, a native wildflower that is not only beautiful but has led to many life saving medicines.
This cardigan fastens with 4 wooden buttons that compliment the natural feel of this cardi, this will go equally well with little summer dresses or T-shirt and jeans on those days when it isn't as warm as it looks or for those evenings as the sun is dipping and the temperature drops slightly
Available in sizes 22"/56cm and 24"/61cm or 1-2yrs and 3-4 yrs.
Made with a soft acrylic DK weight yarn this item is fully machine washable on a 40 degree wool/delicate cycle.
