This is a truly amazing, magical little fairy house, hand crafted with truly amazing detail. The whole item is
3" high, 2 1/2" wide at the widest point across the top. and 3" across the widest part at the base. Not forgetting the tiny door to let the fairies in which measures 1/2".The little swing is a lovely addition to this fairy house, also with it's own little leather flower, just big enough for the fairies to rest on. The door has it's own hand crafted tiny, working hinges. This little fairy house really is a beautiful work of art. being worked by hand with no power tools used at all. It has been finished with natural bees wax to further enhance the beauty of the wood. The woods used in this gorgeous little fairy house are Willow for the base & roof, Blackthorn for the trunk and Oak for the little door. The garden, roof and little flower are crafted with beautifully soft, dark green and maroon kid leather. The leather is held on with tiny brass tacks. No glues have been used in the making of this fairy house.
Welcoming earth spirits into your life is wonderful, but remember faery folk can be naughty :o) in the nicest possible way of course.
