This handmade felt handbag has beautiful shaded coloring. Theholly berry Red base gradually changes into a marled red and paprika orange color on the handles
I use my own design to create this lovely, curvy sculptural handbag.
The handle which curls around in a pleasing and comfortable way is constructed so that the bag opens fully but always springs back into shape.
I hand knit my felt handbags with 3 strands of 4ply (fingering) 100% wool yarn.Holly Berry Red and Paprika orange yarns were combined as I knitted to create the interesting shading on this felt bag.
The handbag is fulled or wet felted then carefully shaped and dried to form a strong, dense yet pleasingly tactile bag.
