embroidered swallow fabric notebook
this pretty embroidered notebook cover features a swallow on the front cover.

the bird is in red cotton and blue gingham, which is appliqued onto medium weight cotton, before being "drawn" on with free machine embroidery.

everything is cut, stitched and handmade, with care, by me, ensuring each notebook is unique, well made and securely constructed.
the slipcover is made from medium weight cotton which has been pre-washed several times so it’s soft and should not shrink.
the seams are overlocked and topstitched and the cover is stiffened with vilene.
this notebook is the perfect size for handbags, and has a handy flap inside for tucking bits and bobs like receipts.

the cotton cover is washable and re-usable, so you can simply replace the notebook when it's full (first notebook is included - A6 hardcover with lined pages)
great for gifts and/or for obsessive list makers.
