This is my absolute favourite so far
First catch your sheep...
I started this yarn with raw Shetland fleece. I then sorted, washed, dyed, teased, carded, blended, carded again...and again and... finlly spun it on my little Haldane Hebridean wheel.
The lovely flashes of colour come from the addition of dyed banana silk fibre, which I bought from a lovely lady right here on Folksy - YAY. Her name is Deborah and you can find her fab shop, Felters Journey, here
This is hand spun yarn and I've not even tried to keep the same size thoroughout, so you'll get thick and thin (ish) bits - it's the way I like it and I hope you do too. I can buy yarn with a standard thickness in the shops, but I like the rustic homemade feel of this yarn.

Wpi: 6 on average, making it bulky/mega chunky
