Full description

This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.

It is one of my smaller designs, in the form of a pretty little yellow flower. The flower has 5 bright yellow petals made from 3 different shades and textures of yellow glass. The centre is a yellow streaked glass nugget and it has 4 bright green leaves.

The flower hangs from a strong nylon thread securely attached to a wire ring on the top. It is 8 cm in diameter.

This is a very pretty little thing and would make a lovely present, especially for Mother's Day or Easter.

This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass for each piece even when making the same pattern.

This is only the 2nd I have made of this design. The first 3 photos are of the flower for sale here. The 4th is of the previous flower I made to show you that though the same design they are different because of the glass used.

I can make it in other colours if you prefer, please get in touch if you do.
