Frodo is a small bird who can't sit still.
He is carefully sculpted using old newspaper and tape. His feet are made from wire and he is covered in bright red polka dot paper!
Frodo stands at around 4 inches high.
His body sturdy and firm, but his legs are delicate and he's not recommended as a toy.
