Full description
The old lost art of Dorset button making, but with my modern twist. This is an old rarely seen craft of weaving cotton or silk threads onto rings to create buttons. I've given the idea a facelift by making them into keyrings, bag charms, ear rings etc.
This button is made with multi pastel shade silk thread. The ring inside the thread is metal to give it the right weight needed for a keyring or bag charm. Two pink shiney beads just finishes off the look.
This particular button is created with a spiral effect in the centre.
Size: 34mm diameter, 69mm length (including attachment ring)
Comes on my shops backing card for gift giving.
