Full description

Here is the Mermaid with all her treasures . She is surrounded by trinkets and jewels and favourite seashells that festoon her special box. She has gathered them from the seabed and shows them off to her friends the fishes who eagerly gather around to look and admire her collection.

These are my own designs inspired by the mermaids depicted in Celtic legends. I have printed them onto fabric and appliqued them around a handmade fabric box. I have made Fimo fish that hang freely from the box amongst strands of beads and pieces from earrings and broken necklaces. etc

This box is a real talking point and would make an excellent gift for someone special.

The box is 4 inches high, 4 inches wide and 3 inches from front to back.

There is plenty of room to keep your own treasures.
