I don't know why I want to call this pig Gulliver, it just seems to fit. This brooch is in the shape of a pig from a fairground carousel, and has been carefully handpainted in shades of bright pink and gold, with raised dot details on the saddle. Although its hard to tell from the photos, the paint is slightly iridescent as it catches the light, and is sealed in a strong layer of transparant, durable resin.

The reverse side is painted a dark purplish colour, and features a high quality oval brooch fastening. It measures 5 by 3 cm (approx 2 by 1 inches).
