This listing is for the item seen on the manequin stand and is made to order. The same item is being modelled as a cape by Talulah.
I first constructed this fabulous bustle for Talulah Blue, the burlesque performer, in nudes and pink tones, for a faded vintage effect. The base is dusky pink satin. I have overlayed layers of lace, beaded trims and nude netting to create the effect. The base has many layers and a multitude of machine stitching, which creates a delicate quilted effect to hold all the lovely vintage lace in place, not seen in the photos.
Bustle is constructed on the stand and made to order, taking approximately three weeks. I cannot rush this item or make it quickly, so patience is needed. The bustle will be very similar to the photos, but not exactly the same, as it will be individually made.
Bustle fastens with tea dyed satin ribbon ties and measures approximately 30" around the waist edge, designed to sit just below the waist. This measurement can be changed if you wish.
This item is shipped registered post in the UK and internationally signed for elsewhere.
