i've made this sweet little brooch from a thrifted vintage crochet doily and a vintage button i have embellished by painting,ageing and rubber stamping with a bird in flight and then varnishing. The doily has been threaded with some black silky ribbon finished with a bow - i have sewn a brooch back on the reverse.
the brooch measures approx. 3.25".
