You are buying this one of a kind lightweight Mini black felt top hat 7" width and 3" high. A stunning victorian/mourning hat with a fantastic plumage of fluffy ostritch feathers.
It has a beautiful black silk ribbon around the brim which goes into a bow at the back. The look is completed by a black plumage of feathers and a cameo button of a victorian lady sit on the side of the hat. An absolutely fantastic hat. The feathering looks stunning. A great replica of a victorian riding hat.
This beautiful hat is mounted onto an alice band for that perfect angled fit.
Please note this hat does not come with a veil. This is models own.
