Full description
This tea cosy has been designed and hand made in Devon.
It is 12” wide and 10” high and covers a standard teapot that holds tea for four people.
The design comes in three colours. This version is made with cream satin finish thick cotton fabric for the outer and a fine black and white flower cotton fabric for the lining and trim. The loop is also in the black and white tiny flower fabric.
The design comprises of three chickens and three eggs on the front and a single chicken on the back. They have been free embroidered in black cotton with my sewing machine and intentionally have a naïve and hand made quality.
The outer layer is 100% cotton and the lining is 100% wool fleece.
It looks great in the home and keeps the tea warm too.
