This suitcase was a bit battered and bruised when I found it but has been given a whole new lease of life with a few coats of paint and some TLC.

The outer has been hand painted with pillar box red enamel and the trims and locks tidied up with a coat of black and silver. To finish it off I handpainted the birds on wire design onto the front with black enamel.

The case measures 26x20x7 inches, the perfect size for a weekend away.

I have kept the original blue and white interior paper which is in very good condition.
