I've always been quite creative and it was a path that I knew I would follow from a very young age. I studied a foundation course in art and design and then went on to study a degree in 3Dimensional design, specialising in ceramics and glass.
I have a great interest in surface design and colour and try to make my work bright and fun.
I'm inspired by nature, love and cakes! - I'm really into birdwatching at the moment and trying to recognise all the different birdsong. It's pretty hard to remember them all but I think I've picked out the call of the song thrush, blackbirds, robins and the green woodpecker.
I'm a bit of a 'Dolly Daydream' and quite often zone out with new ideas - which is why I have a sketchbook with me at all times.

I've bought a few items and they are just as lovely as ones I already have and basically if they were chocolates they'd be eaten !
I can only describe them as being dainty, but chunky lovely delicate beautiful items. Now to decide what else I'd like.
